We’re based in the Walnut, California. All orders ship directly from our network of fulfillment centers across the USA.
For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will help track down your order.
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. You can also check the status of your order at ffsense.co/track-order as well.
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to change it for you, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Currently we only ship to the United States. However, due to the security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
